Delivery should not be complicated:
We’ll get you that arrangement of beautiful flowers delivered same day as long as you place the order before 01:00 PM (Monday to Friday, Sydney time) and as long as the delivery address is within 15 km from our shop. We also now deliver to Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth, Adelaide and Canberra within a 15km radius of each CBD check in the ordering form if we deliver to your location! Out side our Sydney location we have hand selected partner florists to ensure our high standards are met. Note season availability may vary from state to state and substitution may be made to non availability.
For Saturdays, our cut off time for same day delivery is 11:00 AM (Sydney time).
For office, school and hospital delivery addresses we guarantee the delivery before 05:00 PM (Sydney time). We cannot guarantee an exact delivery time before 05:00 PM (Sydney time).
For residential and hotel delivery addresses we guarantee the delivery before 07:00 PM (Sydney time). We cannot guarantee an exact delivery time before 07:00 PM (Sydney time).
Really, it’s that simple.
Our delivery is flat rate when possible:
The delivery rate is $15 flat rate per floral arrangement unless we advise you otherwise if special delivery arrangements need to be made.
Plants are a bit different, because they’re usually bigger so their delivery rates could be higher. Contact us about these and we’ll confirm the rate and availability.
Returned deliveries and leaving your delivery unattended:
You can ask us to leave the delivery unattended if the recipient is not at the delivery address at the time of delivery - just write that down in the delivery instructions box. If you don’t tell us to leave it unattended, we will assume it’s not favourable or safe to leave it unattended, and it will have to go back to the shop - we will not attempt to contact the recipient. If the delivery is not possible due to the fact that we could not find the recipient, the address provided is wrong, or access to address location or delivery spot is not possible, then the following rules apply:
1.The customer will be given the opportunity to pick-up the returned arrangement from our store on the same day and before the close of our business hours (these obviously are subject to change during the calendar year, so please confirm these with the shop)
2.If a re-delivery is possible for the same day, and it is confirmed by the sender and recipient of the delivery, then a re-delivery fee of $15 will be applied before sending the flowers out again for delivery. The same delivery cut off times mentioned above will apply
3.If a customer does not pick up the flowers from the shop before close of business, and if a re-delivery is not possible or it is attempted and failed, then the flowers will have to be disposed of and the customer forfeits their claim for a refund or a new arrangement. We strive to always provide fresh flowers, and once an arrangement is made it cannot be reused.
